Elderberry Gummies
- 1/2 cup Elderberry Syrup
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Quality Gelatin
Pour elderberry and vinegar into a small sauce pan over low heat.Sprinkled gelatin into the syrup.Whisk briskly until gelatin is incorporated.Let cool.Add honey if needed.Pour into silicone molds or a small pan.Refrigerate until firm.Remove from molds or pan. If using pan, cut into small pieces.Store in the refrigerator in a mason jar.
